Services

Services, written plainly.

Every engagement begins with a constraint assessment. From there, we work in whichever areas the assessment shows matter most.

Constraint assessment

A structured review of how the business runs today, ending in a written priority plan. Every engagement starts here.

What we look at

  • Conversations with the owner and key staff
  • How inquiries, appointments and work move through the business
  • Current tools, reports and recurring bottlenecks

What you receive

  • A written summary of findings
  • The main constraint, named and explained
  • A ranked priority plan with owners and next steps

Sales

Turning more of the inquiries you already receive into clients, with a consistent process anyone on the team can follow.

What we look at

  • Response routines and follow up
  • Consultation and intake flow
  • The handoff from sale to service

What you receive

  • A documented sales process
  • Follow up templates and schedules
  • A simple weekly sales report

Marketing

Understanding where clients come from, and focusing effort on the channels that bring the right ones.

What we look at

  • Current channels and referral sources
  • Website and contact paths
  • How marketing inquiries are tracked

What you receive

  • A channel review with keep, fix or stop decisions
  • Inquiry tracking set up
  • A realistic monthly marketing rhythm

Operations

Making daily work predictable: scheduling, staffing rhythms and the systems that hold it together.

What we look at

  • Scheduling and capacity
  • Recurring tasks and who owns them
  • Software in use and where data is duplicated

What you receive

  • Written standard operating procedures
  • Clear task ownership
  • Tool configuration and connections between systems

Service delivery

Making the client experience consistent from first appointment to completion, regardless of who is working that day.

What we look at

  • The client journey from booking to completion
  • Quality checkpoints and handoffs
  • Common complaints and rework

What you receive

  • A documented service standard
  • Checklists for each stage
  • A feedback routine that reaches the owner

Administrative management

Keeping the office side of the business organized, so the owner is not the bottleneck.

What we look at

  • Recordkeeping and document storage
  • Vendor and contract coordination
  • Recurring reports and deadlines

What you receive

  • An organized records structure
  • A calendar of recurring administrative tasks
  • A standing weekly business snapshot

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do you replace our accountant or attorney?

No. We work alongside your existing advisors and do not provide legal, tax, accounting or clinical advice.

Do we have to change our software?

Not necessarily. We start with the tools you already use and recommend changes only where the assessment supports them.

How are fees set?

After the introductory call, you receive a written scope and fee for each phase before any work begins.

Who does the implementation work?

We work directly with you and your team. Staff learn the systems as they are built, so nothing depends on us afterwards.

Ready for a clear priority list?

Call, email or send a short message about your business and what you would like to improve.
